Kevin Harris
Head of Construction
Kevin joined the company in 1999 and has been a dedicated partner ever since. As Head of Construction, his calm and steady leadership ensures that all projects are driven to successful completion. Kevin manages the practical aspects of construction, including program scheduling and planning, making sure each phase is executed safely, on time, and within budget. He also oversees quality control and delegates tasks to his team of site managers, ensuring smooth progress across all active sites. His expertise and leadership are critical to the seamless delivery of every project.

Oliver Coles
Head of Contracts
As our Head of Contracts, Oliver oversees every stage of the contract lifecycle, from initial tender through to project completion. Working closely with our in-house quantity surveyors, he manages the tendering process and any value engineering to ensure each project is delivered within budget. Oliver maintains strong financial oversight, ensuring costs remain aligned with contractual obligations, while also facilitating clear and effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. With a strong focus on collaboration and clarity, he helps drive seamless project delivery and consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
