Description of Works: A pretty Victorian house in a quiet conservation area. We removed an existing double garage (with asbestos roof) and replaced it with an oak framed double garage shared between neighbours. Driveway relayed with new foul and storm drainage. We also built an extension to the rear of the property, extending the current kitchen, consisting of a glass roof and large folding door opening into the garden.
Client’s Comments: Mr and Mrs Maguire – “Our project consisted of contemporary glass and brick kitchen extension, kitchen replacement, demolition and replacement of two garages and driveway in traditional style and materials. All to a house dating from 1900 in a conservation area and within an urban and confined site. The overall experience was excellent. I have been aware of Coleman’s for approximately six years, working with the company in a professional capacity and more recently using the company to carry out work on our home. The standard of workmanship was also excellent all round with attention to detail a highpoint. The management and site personnel are hardworking, trustworthy, pro-active, polite, considerate and clean. I would recommend Coleman’s without reservation.”
