Description of Works: An existing twenty-year-old barn conversion which we completely gutted and started again with. A contemporary, open plan design which consisted of an extension, alterations and complete renovation. We carried out some external earthworks to the garden and hard landscaped paving. We helped create a great family home for a lovely family.

Client’s Comments:  Mr and Mrs Ulph– “We wouldn’t (and don’t) hesitate in recommending Coleman’s – we used them to essentially rebuild our house – an old barn that had been very badly converted in the early 80s. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end.  The standard of craftsmanship throughout the house now is exceptional. We had anything from three to ten people working on site throughout the build and they were all brilliant. As well as being much enjoyed by the local ladies in the village shop over a particularly warm summer, they kept on top of the site – keeping it secure and tidy.

When we were there, they were all great with us and our three young and inquisitive boys. James Coleman (project manager) and Kevin (site foreman), were always around when we needed them, always open about what was necessary, and always patient with our decision making. The project lasted for about 7 months – amazingly finishing on time and on budget.  Thank you to all the team at Colemans.  While we don’t want to be doing it again in a hurry – we miss you!”
